About Us Cathy and Ross hold a vested interest in Chinese creations due to their close relationship to the country. Ross Clark spent a number of years teaching in China, which he met his wife, Cathy, a native of China. Their relationship is strengthened by their mutual adoration for the Chinese culture. The Chinese Civil war of the 1920s and '30s, the Japanese invasion of the '30s and '40s, and the Communist Revolution of the '50s and '60s ravaged the country, destroying many cultural and artistic masterpieces.
